At RAM Auto Glass, we stand behind the quality of our materials and the expertise of our technicians. We are proud to offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty on our auto glass replacement and repair services.
What Is Covered
Our lifetime warranty is valid for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. It covers the following:
- Air Leaks & Whistling: Any wind noise directly resulting from a faulty seal during our installation process.
- Water Leaks: Water entering the vehicle cabin due to improper adhesion or sealing of the replaced glass.
- Molding Issues: Loose molding or trim directly related to the newly installed auto glass.
- Manufacturer Defects: Distortion, blemishes, or structural flaws inherent to the glass itself (prior to any road damage).
Rock Chip Repair Guarantee
We guarantee that the repaired portion of your windshield will not crack further from the point of our resin injection. If the repair fails and the original crack spreads, we will credit the cost of the repair toward the price of a full windshield replacement performed by RAM Auto Glass. If your insurance company paid for the initial repair, the credit will be applied to the insurance claim for the replacement.
Exclusions: What Is Not Covered
While our warranty is comprehensive regarding our workmanship, it does not cover the following:
- New damage caused by rocks, debris, vandalism, theft, or accidents occurring after the installation.
- Damage resulting from pre-existing rust, corrosion, or deterioration of the vehicle's pinch weld. (Note: We will alert you if we discover severe rust during installation).
- Issues arising from custom vehicle modifications or faulty existing window regulator motors/switches (unless directly damaged by our technician).
- Instances where the Safe Drive Away Time (SDAT) instructions provided by the technician were ignored.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. We will schedule a technician to inspect the vehicle and rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
